Single row deep groove ball bearing
Single row deep groove ball bearings are the most representative structures in rolling bearings and are widely used. The raceway on the inner and outer rings has a radius arc cross section slightly larger than the radius of the rolling ball. In addition to bearing radial loads, it can withstand axial loads in both directions. The friction torque is small, and it is most suitable for applications requiring high speed rotation, low noise and low vibration. In addition to the opening method, the bearing has a bearing with a steel dust cover, a rubber-sealed bearing, or a bearing with a snap ring on the outer diameter of the outer ring. Steel stamping cages are generally used. Mainly applicable cages: steel stamping cages (waveform, crown shape...single row; S-shaped...double row); copper alloy or phenolic resin cutting cage, synthetic resin forming cage.
